Day 1 will be general sessions open to all boot camp attendees.  This day is designed to illustrate for cities the promise of Smart Cities based current case studies and emerging opportunities.  In addition, a deep dive of Envision Charlotte will be presented as well as a tool kit for implementation of smart city strategies within cities.

Day 2

SmartMatch – Matching Our Challenges and Opportunities to Solutions

Day 2 will be general session and open to all attendees, however, only the selected 10 cities will present. This day is designed to look at the different opportunities/challenges within cities and an opportunity for multiple industries and outside experts to work with city leaders to develop solutions and chart paths forward. Each project will be unique for the city but could be replicated in other similarly situated cities.

Day 3

The Campus Connection

Day 3 will be general sessions open to all bootcamp attendees. This day is designed to look at the ways universities and cities can mutually benefit from partnerships through more resources and expertise to growing a future community workforce. In addition, there will be an afternoon session on Federal Agencies and funding opportunities around Smart City concepts.
